IBAERO establishes itself as Brazil’s leading institution for professional training in the airport sector, merging industry expertise with educational excellence. Specializing in continuous development programs, the institute equips aviation professionals with the technical precision and operational safety standards required in high-stakes environments.
The design system supports three pillars: social engagement through alumni networks and industry events, ideological alignment with aviation safety and efficiency goals, and physiological impact by framing education as a driver of personal and professional growth.

Balancing visual consistency across diverse applications was critical. Terracotta red needed precise calibration to retain formality in technical documents while feeling approachable in student communications. Similarly, patterns required scalability – subtle enough for digital dashboards yet bold enough for classroom environments.
A unified identity that adapts contextually. Training materials emphasize structured layouts and navy dominance for authority, while student-facing content leverages terracotta accents and warmer imagery to foster interaction. Social engagement is reinforced through cohort-specific pattern variations for events, ideological alignment via iconography linking courses to real-world aviation milestones, and physiological impact through progress-tracking visuals in coursework interfaces.
